Through its web site PARGA HOLIDAYS gives the possibility to book on line a wide range of accommodations and additional travel services.

Use of this site means that you are above 18 years old and that you possess the legal right and ability to use it in accordance with the terms and conditions set herein. The present terms and conditions apply to all the services presented in our site and provided either directly or through distributors. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by proceeding with a reservation, you acknowledge having read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

PARGA HOLIDAYS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms (including the privacy policy) at any time.  Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.  By using this web site after we have posted the revised Terms with alterations or updates you agree to be bound by such revised Terms.

  2. General

The description of each accommodation has been prepared to the best of our knowledge and according to information given by the suppliers we cooperate with, in order to be as correct and reliable as possible.

PARGA HOLIDAYS declines any responsibility in case of incorrect information given from its suppliers.

  1. Rating

A wide range of accommodation is presented on our web site. Official rating is displayed on the accommodation description.

  1.  Room types:

 

Single Room: Contains one single bed.

 

Double Room: Contains two single beds or one double bed and is suitable for either one or two people.

 

Triple Room: usually a double room with an extra bed in the form of a camp bed, rollaway bed.

 

Studios: one space for 2 or more persons equipped with a kitchenette.

 

Apartments: Formed by one, two or three bedrooms (according to the description) and a separate living room with kitchenette or kitchen.

 

Suites: Unless otherwise stated in the hotel descriptions a junior suite typically comprises a larger room with a luxury area, whilst a suite has a separate bedroom and living room

  1. Basis:

 

RR: room rate. The price does not include any meal

 

BB: breakfast is provided in continental, supplemented continental, American style, either served or buffet (depending on hotel policy)

 

HB: Breakfast and one warm meal per day (normally dinner)

 

FB: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the price

 

AI: (All Inclusive) In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner coffee and cake or ice cream is served at specific times of the day. Drinks are normally local products. The All Inclusive content, drinks, meals (and times) can vary from hotel to hotel.

 

  1. Arrival/Departure:

 

Check-in time on arrival is usually at 14:00. In case of earlier arrival the room may not be ready and it will be necessary to wait for a while.

Checkout time on departure is usually at 12.00 unless otherwise specified at the hotel.

  1. Damages:

 

Guests are obliged to report any damages caused to the property and/or to indoor/outdoor furnishings and fittings to the reception or the accommodation owner and will be responsible for any eventual charges.

  1. Domestic Animals:

 

Pets are usually not allowed, unless differently mentioned in the description of the hotels. Pets are forbidden in swimming pools for hygienic reasons, and any damage caused by them must be reported immediately to the reception or the accommodation owner. Pet owners will be required to cover the costs of any damage caused.

 

 

 

 

 

 

III. Car Rental

 

1. PREREQUISITES: Hiring a Vehicle

You must hold a valid driving licence. The driving licence must have been issued by authorised authorities at least 12 months before the date of the commencement of the rental. In addition to the normal driving licence, an international driving licence is also mandatory if the driving licence is written in a language different to the one of the renting country and/or in characters that can not be read in the renting country. Please note that the international driving licence is valid only if accompanied by the normal driving licence.

If the renter is a non-European Union citizen it is also necessary to present a valid identity card or a valid passport.

You must be aged between 23 and 75 to rent a car and have held a driving licence for at least one year.

The above requirements are also applicable to all additional drivers if any.

You must produce a valid credit card with an expiry date after the due check-in date at pick up time. The credit card details will be taken for authorization and will be used in case of any extra charges such as extras, refuelling charge, excess due in the event of damage to or loss of the rented vehicle. At the end of the rental the credit card details taken are to be destroyed in front of the client.

Please note that Parga Holidays Car Rental accepts only MasterCard, and Visa.

In the case of not having a valid credit card with you at the pick-up point, rental will be forbidden.

 

2. THE VEHICLE: CONDITION, USE, BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE AND MAINTENANCE/MECHANICAL PROBLEMS

 

2.1 Condition of the Vehicle

Before leaving the rental location, you are required to check the condition of the vehicle. Where an apparent defect is found which is not already listed on the document, you must immediately inform our employee in order to proceed with a joint-examination of the vehicle. A description of the condition of the vehicle will be given to you on the rental agreement.

In such a case, amendments must be made to the document and duly countersigned by both parties.

If the amended document is not countersigned by both parties, the condition of the vehicle will be as set out in the document given to you on the rental agreement and it will be considered that you received the vehicle in proper working condition.

You will return the vehicle in the same condition as it was provided at the start of the rental.  You are responsible for any repair or refurbishment costs.

 

2.2 Use of the Vehicle

The vehicle must not be driven by anyone other than the driver and only under the condition that your ability to drive is not in any way impaired by mental or physical incapacity or restricted by the Law.

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO:

  • Take the vehicle out of the country.
  • Load the vehicle on trains, boats, ferries or any other type of transportation.
  • Take the vehicle from the mainland to an island.
  • Use the vehicle for illegal activities.

You must take care of the Vehicle, keep it in good repair and condition, pay any fines for which you may be liable, reimburse Parga Holidays Car Rental for any damage to the vehicle, and refund Parga Holidays Car Rental for any costs it incurs.

You must only refuel the vehicle with the correct type of fuel. Costs of fuel and the refuelling service will be at your expense. The vehicle must be delivered back to Parga Holidays Car Rental with the same level of fuel as when rented.

You are liable for all fees, taxes, fines and penalties incurred in connection with the use of the vehicle and for which Parga Holidays Car Rental is charged, unless they have arisen through the fault of Parga Holidays Car Rental.

During the rental period you must carry out the usual checks (tyre pressure, etc.) as would any careful user and you must respect the maintenance cycle of the vehicle.

When parking the vehicle, even for a short period, you undertake to lock it and make use of the vehicle’s alarm and/or immobilisation equipment (if applicable). You must never leave the vehicle unoccupied with the keys in the ignition. Non-return of the keys will lead to invalidation of the theft cover.

You undertake to use the vehicle in a responsible manner and in particular, only for the purposes for which it is intended. For a car, this means primarily carrying passengers other than for hire and reward.

In particular, you must not use the vehicle under any of the following conditions or for any of the following purposes:

  • Driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other type of narcotic substances.
  • transportation of inflammable or dangerous goods, as well as toxic, corrosive, radioactive or other harmful substances,
  • carrying anything which, because of its smell or condition, harms the Vehicle or causes Parga Holidays Car Rental  to lose time or money before it can rent the Vehicle again,
  • transportation of animals (with the exception of domestic pets, subject to prior authorisation by Parga Holidays Car Rental),
  • With a roof rack, luggage carrier or similar, unless supplied by Parga Holidays Car Rental.
  • re-rental to or use by other persons,
  • carrying passengers for hire or reward,
  • participating in rallies, competitions or trials, wherever they may take place,
  • giving driving lessons,
  • Pushing or towing another vehicle.
  • travelling on non-paved roads or on roads, the surface or state of repair of which could put the vehicle’s wheels, tyres or its under body mechanics at risk,
  • Intentionally committing any offence.
  • none of the goods and baggage carried in the vehicle, including their packing and stowage equipment, will be permitted to damage the Vehicle, nor put the occupants abnormally at risk,
  • In any way which breaks the Highway Code, road traffic laws or any other laws.

 

You will be liable for any offence committed during the rental period which relates in any way to your use of the Vehicle, as if you were the owner of the vehicle. Upon the request of the Police or any official body Parga Holidays Car Rental may have to transfer your personal data. Such transfer will be done in accordance with the data protection Laws of Greece.

 

2.3. Maintenance / Mechanical Problems

The Vehicle has been provided to you with a full set of tyres in good condition. In the event that any of them is damaged for any reason other than normal wear and tear, you undertake to replace it immediately at your own expense with a tyre of the same dimensions, type and wear characteristics.

You must stop the Vehicle if any of the instrument panel warning lights, which are intended to indicate the existence of a mechanical problem, light up, or if you become aware of anything else which may indicate the presence of a mechanical problem with the Vehicle.

If the odometer has stopped functioning for any reason other than a technical failure, you will be required to pay a distance charge according to the rates in force in the country.

When the rental starts, the Vehicle will be roadworthy and fit for normal use. If it is not, or if it becomes un-roadworthy or unfit for normal use during the rental because of mechanical breakdown or accident, you must inform Parga Holidays Car Rental or telephone the emergency number shown on the rental agreement.

Parga Holidays Car Rental will have the choice between replacing the Vehicle or accepting repairs to be done to the Vehicle. In the latter case, repairs can only be made after written or oral confirmation from and instructions given by Parga Holidays Car Rental as well as prior acceptation by Parga Holidays Car Rental of the estimation of costs. Without prejudice to any question of liability, the expenses for the repairs may be charged directly to Parga Holidays Car Rental. If not, Parga Holidays Car Rental reserves the right to request from you the remittance of the defective pieces and the paid invoice.

The fees and expenses of any repair undertaken without the order of Parga Holidays Car Rental will not be reimbursed to you.

You must inform Parga Holidays Car Rental, of all accidents, damage to or breakdowns of the car, even those which may already have been repaired, when you return the Vehicle. You will remain liable for any damages to Parga Holidays Car Rental.

In any case, neither Parga Holidays Car Rental nor its directors, officers or employees will be liable to you for any loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or earnings…) nor, to the extent permitted by the Law, for indirect consequential damages whether your action is based on contract or in tort.

 

2.4 Breakdown Assistance

For the length of the rental, as agreed with Parga Holidays Car Rental, you have the benefit, at no extra cost, of a Breakdown and Assistance Service. If required, this service can be contacted by calling the telephone number indicated on the rental agreement or on the key holder.

In order to benefit from this cover, you must make contact with Parga Holidays Car Rental immediately after the occurrence of the incident. If you do not contact Parga Holidays Car Rental and if you initiate steps or make any disbursements without prior consent, you will not be able to claim for reimbursement of the expenses. The rule of prior approval does not apply in the event of breakdown on motorways and solely in this case. Consequently, the roadside repair or towing expenses will be reimbursed to you.

 

3. RENTAL PERIOD

 

3.1. Principle and Calculation

You undertake to return the Vehicle to Parga Holidays Car Rental at the agreed place, on the date and at the time indicated on the rental agreement.

The rental duration is calculated on the basis of indivisible periods of 24 hours, starting from the time the Vehicle is made available. However, a 30 minute grace period is applied at the end of the rental before the start of a new 24-Hour period.

If you return the Vehicle to any other location than the agreed location, repatriation costs will be charged to you.

3.2. Extension of the Original Duration of the Rental

Should you wish to keep the Vehicle for a period longer than that originally set out in the rental agreement, you are must first contact by phone Parga Holidays Car Rental in order to extend the duration of the rental agreement (this may require you to come in person to Parga Holidays Car Rental Headquarters).

The Vehicle is insured for the period mentioned on the rental agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Parga Holidays Car Rental, once this period is passed, the contracting party remains liable for any damages to Parga Holidays Car Rental.

 

3.3. Delivery and Collection Terms

Where you to ask Parga Holidays Car Rental and its agreed in writing to deliver the Vehicle or to collect the Vehicle, you may have to pay additional charges and follow additional instructions. You must check at the time of reservation (Delivery/Collection of vehicles can be made in the following areas:  Parga, Sivota, Ammoudia, Vrachos-Loutsa, PVK (Aktion airport), and Igoumenitsa. Special Charges may apply) .

When you return the Vehicle, or if Parga Holidays Car Rental has agreed you will do so, when you leave the Vehicle for collection by Parga Holidays Car Rental, you must complete the details of the date and time of return, the mileage and fuel gauge reading and other information shown on the rental agreement. You must also do anything else, which Parga Holidays Car Rental requests as a condition of agreeing to collect the Vehicle.

You must return the Vehicle immediately if Parga Holidays Car Rental asks you to do so. In the event that the Vehicle is not delivered upon request you hereby authorise Parga Holidays Car Rental to enter your premises and to do any and all other things necessary to repossess the Vehicle. You will be liable for any costs associated with such repossession. Parga Holidays Car Rental may repossess any vehicle without notice or liability where it is deemed that such repossession is necessary for its own protection.

 

3.4. End of Rental

The end of the rental is defined by the return of the Vehicle and of its keys to agreed location. This must be done to a uniformed Parga Holidays Car Rental employee and under no circumstances should you give the keys to any person present at the location and who you assume or who purports to be a Parga Holidays Car Rental employee. If explicitly mentioned in writing in the rental agreement the keys may be returned to the reception desk of a hotel.

If the Vehicle is returned without its keys, you will be invoiced for the cost of the replacement keys. Under no circumstances will Parga Holidays Car Rental accept any liability for articles/items that may have been left in the Vehicle at the end of the rental.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Outside the normal opening hours, abandoning the keys and documents does not constitute the end of the rental. You remain liable for any damages until a Parga Holidays Car Rental employee takes possession of the Vehicle, documents and keys.

 

3.4.1. In the event of confiscation, theft or accident

In the event of measures by third parties, including attachment, confiscation or impounding of the Vehicle, you must immediately inform Parga Holidays Car Rental by phone and in writing. Parga Holidays Car Rental will then be entitled to take all measures which it deems necessary to protect its rights. You will be liable for all damage, cost and/or expenses associated with the above measures and for any direct, indirect, consequential damages (such as loss…) to the Vehicle unless it is demonstrated that Parga Holidays Car Rental is directly responsible for such confiscation or impounding of the Vehicle.

Furthermore, the rental agreement may be automatically terminated as soon as Parga Holidays Car Rental is informed of such action by the legal authorities or by you.

Any use of the Vehicle which may be detrimental to Parga Holidays Car Rental will entitle Parga Holidays Car Rental to automatically terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect. You will then return the Vehicle immediately as soon as is requested.

In the event of theft of the Vehicle, the rental agreement will be terminated as soon as Parga Holidays Car Rental has received a copy of the theft declaration made by you to the police authorities.

In the event of an accident, the rental agreement will be terminated as soon as Parga Holidays Car Rental has received a copy of the accident report completed by you and the third party and the Police. If Parga Holidays Car Rental provides a new vehicle, the rental agreement will be amended accordingly.

Furthermore Parga Holidays Car Rental will have no responsibility for loss, theft, robbery or damage of whatever nature relating to objects and/or personal belongings transported or which are found in the Vehicle including but not limited to, in particular, baggage and/or goods.

 

4. INSURANCE

 

All the vehicles are insured against Property Damage that you might inflict on a third party as a result of an accident involving the Vehicle. Damage to the under body-work and/or roof is excluded from the damage cover.

 

4.1. Liability in the Event of Damage to the Rental Vehicle or Theft or Conversion thereof

4.1.1 You will be liable for any damages to Parga Holidays Car Rental when renting a Vehicle that has been entrusted to you.


Therefore, in the event of theft of the Vehicle or damages caused to it, you must fully indemnify Parga Holidays Car Rental (the indemnification will include the amounts corresponding to the repair costs, resale value of the Vehicle, loss of use, administration charges…).

The amount will not exceed the market value of the rented vehicle at the time of the event.

Therefore, at the end of the Rental, in the event of damage or theft, you will be debited with an amount equal to the non-waivable excess charge.

You are advised that any waivers you may have chosen will be invalidated if you fail to take reasonable measures for the safety of the Vehicle, its parts or accessories, or fail to comply with all restrictions on the use of the Vehicle or otherwise abuse or misuse it.

You will not be exempt from liability towards Parga Holidays Car Rental in the case of breach of contract. Therefore, you will be responsible for any financial loss Parga Holidays Car Rental suffers as a result of such breach and for any relevant claims made by other people. You agree to pay any amounts Parga Holidays Car Rental spends in enforcing these terms.

THEREFORE IN ANY CASE, NEITHER PARGA HOLIDAYS CAR RENTAL NOR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES WILL BE LIABLE TO THE CONTRACTING PARTY FOR ANY AMOUNTS NOR FOR ANY ACTIONS, LAW SUITS OR CLAIMS RELATED TO ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE DAMAGES (SUCH AS LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFIT) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE RENTAL OR THE USE OF ANY VEHICLE WHETHER THE ACTION IS BASED ON CONTRACT OR IN TORT. YOU WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD PARGA HOLIDAYS CAR RENTAL HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF THE RENTAL AND/OR THE USE OF THE VEHICLE.

 

4.1.2 Light damage

Both at check-out and check-in Parga Holidays Car Rental will, together with you, record in the rental agreement all visible light damage to a vehicle in compliance with the detailed list of light damages and repair costs displayed at the counter which you hereby acknowledge.

At check-out unrepaired damage must appear on the rental agreement with the appropriate signatures by you and Parga Holidays Car Rental. At the end of the rental i.e., at check-in, the identification of any new light damage must be added to the rental agreement. Any new light damage will be immediately pointed out to Parga Holidays Car Rental, mentioned in the rental agreement, and signed by you and Parga Holidays Car Rental. This damage will be charged to you at the repair price mentioned in the list displayed at the counter. Where this option is available, you will approve by signing the relevant paper document.

These repair costs will be directly billed to you by Parga Holidays Car Rental and will include the cost of the damage repair as well as administration charges, immobilisation costs, spare parts and labour costs. The above-mentioned invoiced repair costs are payable under the same conditions as for the payment of the rental agreement.

 

4.2. Summary of the Optional Contractual Guarantees Offered by Parga Holidays Car Rental

 

CDW (Collision / Damage Waiver):
If chosen and indicated in the rental agreement or if included in the rate, this facility will limit your liability for any damage to the Vehicle which is not otherwise recovered from a third party, subject to the Non-Waivable Charge.
Fixed amount charged for every rental for which CDW has been taken out and where the Vehicle is returned damaged and the repair costs are not recovered from a third party. The amount of Non-Waivable charge may vary from time to time. Details are available at time of rental.

 

P.A.I (PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE):
If chosen and indicated in the rental agreement or if included in the rate, this option provides a financial indemnity for you and passengers (subject to permitted number of occupants in the vehicle) in the event of death or permanent disability. The amounts may vary depending on whether an adult or a child is involved. Similarly, Partial Disability may lead to lower payment or to no payment at all if disability percentage is below a certain threshold. The PAI coverage is provided by Insurance Company. The terms and conditions of this coverage are contained in a master policy, a copy of which is available upon request.

Note: P.A.I is not applicable if you have your own travel insurance.

 

TP (Theft Protection):
If chosen and indicated in the enrolment form or if included in the rate, this relieves you of your financial liability in the event of the Vehicle being stolen, except where incurred through negligence and/or breach of contract. Subscribing to the CDW option alone does not provide this cover. TP is strongly recommended. It may be subject to a non-waivable charge.

 

 

  1. TRANSFERS

 

By completing the reservation process you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed with the following terms and conditions including the general terms and conditions & Privacy Policy of Parga Holidays.

 

  1. Transfers – General

1.1 When reserving your transfer you must make sure you provide valid details as requested on the reservation form. Additional information or remarks with instructions relative to the service to be provided can be also provided by using the appropriate field in the reservation form or by contacting us via email.

1.2 Upon completing the reservation, details of your transfer will be stated on your voucher which will be sent to you by email on receipt of booking. Please ensure you print a copy of this voucher as you will be required to present it to the driver that will receive you from your designated pickup point.

 

  1. Airport Transfers

2.1 On arrival our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals area exit of the airport, holding a sign with your name.

2.2 After you land it may take a while before you receive your luggage and make your way out to arrivals. In the event that you have lost luggage or if you are taking an unusual amount of time (30mins) after landing, please send a member of your party to inform the driver waiting for you at the arrivals area exit.

2.3 If for some reason you are not able to find your driver please make use of the contact numbers provided on your voucher. We are not obliged to wait any longer than 30 minutes after landing unless otherwise notified.

2.4 On Departure transfers please ensure that you are on time at the designated pick-up point. It is advised that you arrange your departure transfer so that you will arrive at the airport two hours before your flight takes off. It is recommended that you allow such time in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises in the event of any kind of delay such as heavy traffic or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

2.5 If you are unsure of the transfer time needed don’t hesitate to contact us and we will happily answer any questions to the best of our knowledge.

2.6 If for some reason your transfer vehicle is not at the pick-up point at the agreed time, we recommend you contact us immediately so necessary action can be taken as soon as possible to avoid further delay. Do not hesitate using the phone numbers provided on your voucher in the event of an emergency.

 

  1. Transfers – Miscellaneous

3.1 Failure to confirm correct details and follow instructions will result in the transfer being void and non-refundable.

3.2 It is your responsibility to ensure correct transfer details are communicated to us and confirmed. If failure to do so results in missing your flight/boat/meeting etc, we will not be held responsible.

3.3 You are entitled to carry one piece of luggage per person. If for some reason you are carrying excess luggage we will need to know advance in order to arrange the correct vehicle size. If you are carrying a wheelchair, pushchair, windsurf, bicycle or any other large item you must contact us via e-mail and inform us accordingly. Failure to do so may result in extra charges if a larger vehicle is needed to accommodate your luggage.

3.4 It is at the driver’s discretion to refuse boarding to any passenger having consumed alcohol or drugs that may result in dangerous behavior towards other passengers or the driver himself.

3.5 No alcohol may be carried on-board with intent to consume during transfer.

3.6 No eating, drinking or smoking is allowed in our vehicles.

3.7 No illegal substances are to be boarded onto our vehicles.

 

  1. Transfers – Payments

4.1 Full payment is required upon booking confirmation.

Payment will be processed and your credit card charged upon booking confirmation.

Please make sure that sufficient funds are available in the credit card provided.

Failure to process the credit card with the reservation cost will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation, if alternative payment method is not provided within 24hours of the booking process.

 

  1. Transfers – Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees:

 

If the reservation is cancelled more than 21 days before transfer

30% of reservation total value.

 

If the reservation is cancelled between 21-15 days before transfer

50% of reservation total value.

 

If the reservation is cancelled between 14-1 days before transfer or there is a “no show”

100% of reservation total value.

 

 

  1. MISCELLANEOUS / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

  1. Booking procedure, Confirmation, issue and dispatch of travel documents:

 

Available accommodations are marked with a “book” sign and can be booked by using a credit card or sending a bank transfer as specified in the section “Payments”

For accommodations marked with a “on request” sign, an answer to your request will be sent within 48 hours.

When the selected accommodation is available an option of 2 – 3 days will be given in order to finalize the booking within this period. Payment details as per section “Payments” .

 

Reservation form has to be filled in with the necessary data and submitted.

Confirmation received from our reservation department must always be checked by the user in order to secure that all the details (names, dates etc.) are correct. In case of an error occurring the user must inform PARGA HOLIDAYS within 24 hours.

 

The total price includes all taxes, the booked meals as well as cleaning and linen and towel change.

 

Once the purchase is completed and the full payment received, travel documents (voucher) will be sent.

All prices shown on our website are in EUR (€).

 

  1. A) Credit Card

 

Upon confirmation 30% prepayment is required by credit card. Full payment has to be done 21 days before arrival. (Note that +2% on the final price will be charged due to bank transaction fees)
This option cannot be applied to reservations with early booking discount or to other special offers for which full payment is required quite in advance for these services.

 

Responsibility for any transactions takes the contracted bank, which verifies the validity of online credit card information. To protect and encrypt your credit card, we use standard technology trade data “Secure Socket Layer (SSL)” for our services. The level of security supports the highest safety specifications 3D-Secure standards «Verified by VISA» and «SecureCode by MasterCard». This will provide absolute security by the bank on credit card payments.

Upon confirmation a 30% deposit has to be sent by bank transfer, while the rest of the amount must be sent 21 days prior to arrival by bank transfer as well.

This option cannot be applied to reservations with early booking discount or to other special offer for which full payment is required quite in advance for these services.

 

For faster performance it is preferred that you send us the receipt of the transaction to our reservation department by e-mail or fax.

  1. Cancellation Policy:

In case of premature departure no refund will be given.

 

  1. Amendments:

    Amendments (new check-in/check-out date, different type of rooms, different number of persons) of an already confirmed reservation are allowed, provided that there is availability for the new request.

 

Any change will be charged with EUR 20.

 

The change of hotel will be considered as a cancellation of the original reservation and it is submitted to cancellation policy.

  1. Rejection of the Transaction:

 

Failure to pay or the unauthorized use of your credit card will involve cancellation of your reservation.

  1. Privacy:

 

We maintain high ethical standards and care diligently for the protection and confidentiality of your personal data. PARGA HOLIDAYS does not collect or store in any way your credit card details. The payment procedure and the verification of your data through a bank assure the absolute safety of your transaction.

 

Accurate information will be required in order to fulfil the paid service issued to PARGA HOLIDAYS such as:

  1. Name
  2. E-mail address
  3. Postal address
  4. Telephone number

 

We request this information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information – (name/email address/postal address/telephone number). We use this contact information in order to reserve the required services, to send you details of that confirmation and if necessary to inform you of updates or changes to your travel plans. If we have trouble processing a request this contact information is used to get in touch with you. We would use your telephone number only if we needed to contact you urgently or if you had made a mistake entering your details. Personal Information shall not be given to third parties apart from the suppliers that are required to complete the paid service issued to PARGA HOLIDAYS.

PARGA HOLIDAYS will only disclose your personal information if lawfully required.

 

  1. Complaints & Refunds

Complaints should be reported and solved when matters occur before client’s departure. Refunds can only be affected if a particular and reported problem has not been solved for any reason and when it is acknowledged to PARGA HOLIDAYS in writing within 7 days from the departure of the clients. In case of an overbooking PARGA HOLIDAYS undertakes the responsibility to arrange accommodation in hotels of the same or higher category.

Refund for such cases is not acceptable and any kind of complaints should be resolved between the clients and the hotelier or hotel manager.

  1. Special Offers

Special offers are available for a limited time and can not be combined.

The discounts / extra services etc of the special offers will be provided unless unexpected circumstances occur at which case PARGA HOLIDAYS will not be held responsible and no financial compensation will be given.
